General practice attorney with substantial experience with business matters, including employment, contracts, leases, licenses, intellectual property, entity set up and maintenance and acquisitions.  Experience as a director and outside general counsel for a NASDAQ listed public company.  Personal services including wills, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, trusts, cohabitation and joint ownership agreements.  Also providing donated services to several local nonprofit organizations, including incorporating and applying for IRS approval as 501(c)(3) entities.  Over thirty years of experience, including over twenty five years of experience with two large, prominent Boston firms before establishing practice in Marblehead in 2001.  Holds highest rating by Martindale Hubbel, the international attorney rating organization, for experience and integrity.
