    Job Description
    Part time 
    Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5:00 (24 hours)
     
    Responsibilities: Include but not limited to:
    • Screen and direct incoming calls
    • Greet visitors and employees and offer assistance
    • Assist with on boarding new hires
    • Maintain employee files
    • Maintain employee database
    • Verify payroll with outside vendor
    • Prepare external and internal outgoing mailings
    • Assist with Accounts Payable
    • Maintain healthcare professional credentialing
      
    Required Qualifications:
    • Ability to communicate effectively
    • Proficient using software applications
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
    • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
     
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • College graduate
    • Experience with ADP Workforce
    • Experience with Point Click Care
    • One year related field experience
